A: If you mean how do you know what your subconscious is thinking, ask it.
Pretend there are two of you. The conscious Brain and subconscious Mind.
First be your Brain and then be your Mind, then just say whatever comes.
Regardless of what model you use there are two obvious thinking, responding and reasoning processes in your head. Or at least that’s where we experience them to be.
They are conversing all the time but not in what you can always experience as language.
When they do surprising things can happen and come forward, and, so long as you don’t lose grip on the fact that they are both you, talking with yourself can be a very interesting thing to do.
You can also use things like doodling or using my favourite ideomotor responses to have the conversation.

So speaking of ideomotor responses it’s a way of asking the subconscious. Jonathan recorded a tutorial on this subject that’s on our online training. Talk To The Subconscious.
